Access Keys
Most browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on their web site.

All links have title attributes which discribe the link in futher detail.
Link text is never duplicated. Two links with the same link text always point to the same page.
There are no "javascript":pseudo-links. All links can be followed in any browser, even if scripting is turned off.
Links that open in a new window are clearly stated, either in the title attribute or before the link itself.
